PERSONAL CARE AIDEs (CNA, HHA)

• Personal Care aides must have a Home Health Aide Certificate or DC-CNA license (we can provide the DC license endorsement form)


COMPANION/ HOMEMAKER

* No certificate or license required

ALL applicants must have the following:

• Valid Identification Card

• Social Security Card

• CPR

• Physical Exam (Physical and PPD must be within the six month from the date applying)

• PPD Test Results (if +PPD results, need chest X-ray results)

• Driving Record/Non-driving record

• DC Police Clearance

• 2 Professional References

• At least 1 year Experience

• Email address
