Ideal candidate should be team/people oriented with a strong attention to details, leadership skills, a self-starter, and independent problem solver. Job responsibilities shall include: able to fill in as backup lead for project manager to client’s project; collect software enhancement requirements from end users; design, document, develop, test and deploy new enhancements; debug and correct software errors; assist technical writers in software documentation; apply company standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the development life cycle; and adaptability and flexibility to change via a continuously evolving environment.
